These terms govern use of this website, online account features, educational materials, access to The Strategy Academy, and related digital services.
Acceptance
By using this website, submitting a form, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using related online services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or online services.
Informational content
Website, blog, The Strategy Academy, checklist, diagram, timeline, and FAQ content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting, or investment advice for your specific situation and does not create a client relationship by itself.
Professional services
Tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, trust bookkeeping, consulting, and related services may require a separate engagement letter, portal intake, document request, invoice, authorization, or written agreement. Those written terms control the scope, timing, fees, responsibilities, and deliverables for the engagement.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, keep account credentials secure, avoid uploading or transmitting malicious content, and avoid using public forms to send sensitive records unless GHL Financial Services directs you to an approved secure channel.
The Strategy Academy
The Strategy Academy is an educational service. Its guides, calculators, planners, check-ins, and diagrams help you understand your situation and prepare for conversations with GHL or another professional. Using it, or saving information in it, does not create a client relationship or an engagement; services require a separate agreement. Results from its tools depend on what you enter and are illustrative. Access is for your own use: your account is personal, and Academy material may not be shared, copied, or distributed. How we handle what you save is described in the Privacy Policy.

A membership in The Strategy Academy is a yearly purchase, currently $599 per year, billed once a year. It renews automatically each year at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time: sign in, open your account page, and choose Manage billing, or email info@ghlfinancial.com. Canceling stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the year you have paid for. A year already paid is not automatically refunded; refunds are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

GHL Financial Services works from the information and records available, but does not guarantee any particular tax result, refund amount, agency response, legal result, asset-protection result, business result, or financial result.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access to account features, membership content, or website functionality if use appears to violate these terms, threaten security, create legal risk, or interfere with normal operation. You may request account deletion subject to lawful retention requirements.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and online materials are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GHL Financial Services disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the website, account features, educational materials, or online services.
